Role Overview: As an Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing time-sensitive logistics operations. Based in Luton, you will work in a fast-paced environment to ensure the efficient coordination of shipments, meeting critical deadlines while maintaining exceptional service standards. Key Responsibilities: AOG and Time-Critical Operations:

Manage and coordinate urgent shipments, ensuring timely delivery to meet customer requirements. Client Liaison:

Communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any operational issues promptly. Logistics Coordination:

Oversee transportation planning, routing, and carrier management to optimise delivery efficiency. Problem Solving:

Handle challenges in real-time, ensuring minimal disruptions and quick resolution of issues. Documentation:

Prepare and maintain accurate records, including shipment details, customs documentation, and operational reports. Compliance:

Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies. Requirements: Experience:

Proven experience in logistics, preferably in time-critical or aerospace/AOG operations. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under pressure. Knowledge:

Familiarity with logistics software and systems is advantageous. Availability:
