Operations Team Member Starting salary: £

£30,633 per annum

during training Location: Rotherham At our Advanced Blade Casting Facility (ABCF), we make critical turbine blades that go into our world-leading jet engines. This position involves working in a high-tech, modern environment where you will be fully trained to perform various tasks, including: Crafting patterns in wax ready for casting. Operating high-tech robotic machinery. Measuring and checking blades for defects. Gathering data using digital apps. We value skills such as attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow processes. Whether you have experience as a cook, beauty technician, or in arts and crafts, your skills are valuable to us. You’ll receive full support and expert training to become a capable and confident Operations Team Member. The opportunity to progress to a basic salary of £38,784 plus £6,300 shift allowance per year is available. Is this role for you?
