You will be based within the Ophthalmic Imaging Department and work as part of a multidisciplinary team of consultant ophthalmologists, ophthalmic nursing, and other support staff across multiple sites.
This interesting and challenging role involves performing diagnostic tests on patients presenting with a variety of eye conditions. A knowledge of eye anatomy and pathology, along with experience of specialist ophthalmic imaging equipment, is desirable.
We are looking for a reliable person who is able to pay close and accurate attention to detail. You must also demonstrate excellent communication skills, be caring, enthusiastic, and committed to working as part of a large team dedicated to providing high-quality patient-focused care.

Main duties of the job
Ophthalmic Imaging plays a vital part in patients' care. We are looking for an Ophthalmic Photographer to support our busy department.
You will be producing images for diagnostic purposes for patients as part of their clinical pathway.
You must have experience of running clinics autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team, as well as an extensive understanding of ophthalmic imaging procedures.
Ability to assist in training staff members is required.

Degree in Photography and/or a recognised qualification in Medical Photography
Qualified Medical/Ophthalmic Photography Practitioner
Experience
