to succeed. What You’ll Do : Be the trusted go-to person for customers, providing
training and support
via phone, email, and Zoom. Use your understanding of optical practice challenges to help customers make the most of our software. Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with customers, becoming an extension of their team. Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve our processes and services. Why This Role is for You : Transferable Skills : Use your optical retail experience in a new, exciting context without sacrificing the customer-focused elements you enjoy. Structured Growth : Starting as a Customer Experience Associate, with clear progression to Customer Specialist and Consultant roles as you build your expertise. Great Work-Life Balance : Enjoy

4½ day workweek . Holidays : Starting at

including bank holidays and a Christmas break from December 24th to January 3rd, rising to
