Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Optical Assistant within Glasgow. You'll be responsible for assisting Patients, Optometrists and Audiologists to ensure the best patient experience throughout:
* Providing a warm welcome to all patients and customers *Dealing with enquiries both face to face and over the telephone *Booking patient appointments and answering email enquiries *Styling our patients with the latest spectacle fashions, choosing and ordering prescription lenses *Processing customer collections and ensuring spectacle fit and comfort are checked accurately
The successful candidate will ideally be an enthusiastic individual who passionately cares about the patient experience.
Normal working hours are 39.5 hours per week, Monday to Saturday between 9.00am to 5.30pm, working 5 days.
