As an Optical Assistant, you'll use your passion for the Specsavers brand, products, and services alongside your incredible customer service skills to create an outstanding store environment for both our customers and our team.
As a Call Centre Assistant at Specsavers, you'll be organized and equipped to tackle a variety of tasks, including all aspects of optical administration such as NHS forms and triaging, answering calls and general queries, updating & filing records, and managing appointments. The aim is to provide a top-notch administrative service that will support the store's success.

What We're Looking For?
Optical experience
Passion for providing excellent customer service and making customers' lives easier
Great teamwork
Experience with record keeping and managing appointments
Confidence in using IT systems
Good administration skills
Excellent communication and listening skills
Prepared to step out of your comfort zone and try something new
