The Dundee team currently consists of 1 full-time optician who has been employed by Boots Opticians for 17 years, A Manager who has been with Boots Opticians for 16.5 years, Assistant Manager with 7 years optical experience and 8 optical consultants.
In this particular store we have 4 Testing rooms, 3 of which are fitted with a phoropter head The Store also has an OCT scanner as well (TOPCON MAESTRO2).
We also work along side our Audiology team which consists of 1 Audiologist and 1 hearing health care advisor. About the role
As an Optometrist with us you'll be providing excellent customer and patient care. Working alongside the Practice Manager, Optical Teams and Clinical Governance Optometrists. You’ll create a culture where everyone is passionate about doing the right thing.
Using your passion for delivering patient care you'll work with colleagues to deliver a positive customer journey. Bringing your vibrant personality into the day to day running of the practice – working with your colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly Building longstanding relationships – not only with colleagues and customers but with healthcare professionals in the local community
What you’ll need to have
Fully qualified / soon to be GOC registered Optometrist Additional registration with the relevant NHS body Fluent speaking English Passion for patient care
