We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate IP-qualified optometrist to join a leading private healthcare clinic in Brighton.This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on patients lives through high-quality eye care within a supportive and rewarding work environment. Key Responsibilities: Comprehensive Eye Examinations : Perform thorough assessments, including visual acuity, refraction, and ocular health evaluations. Diagnosis and Management : Identify and manage various eye conditions and refractive errors, prescribe corrective lenses, and recommend appropriate treatment options. Team Collaboration : Work closely with our skilled support team, including opticians and technicians, to ensure seamless patient care and a smooth workflow. Qualifications & Skills: GOC Registration : Fully qualified optometrist with an Independent Prescribing (IP) qualification. Professional Experience : Background in high street, refractive, or hospital settings. Clinical Interest in YAG : Candidates with an interest or experience in YAG laser treatments are preferred. Strong Clinical and Communication Skills : Ability to diagnose a range of eye conditions, communicate effectively with patients and colleagues, and contribute positively to the team dynamic.
