You must be a GOC registered Optometrist Are you looking for a store with an exceptional track record for supporting staff progression? You will become part of an experienced and loyal in-store team, who have successfully supported no less than 12 previous colleagues through to Directorship! However, if partnership isn't for you, there is also plenty of support available for you to obtain additional accreditations and advance your clinical knowledge. What’s on offer?
A fantastic basic salary up to £70,000 for an experienced Optometrist. A strong performance-based bonus scheme of up to £500 per month. Flexible working patterns and weekends. 30 days holiday. All professional fees covered. Free Parking. Brand new equipment, including an OCT machine. Life and Dental cover. Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, we are searching for someone who shares our store’s ethos. Someone who wants to grow, develop and offer exceptional customer care along the way. We want a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, that isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach and who is keen to get involved and build rapport with the rest of the team.
