About the Role: Join two thriving franchise locations, where you’ll work with a passionate and supportive team in a cutting-edge, modern test room. As the primary optometrist, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the patient experience, working alongside an experienced practice director and manager who are dedicated to your success.
What You’ll Do:
Take the lead as the sole optometrist in the practice, conducting sight tests in 25-minute sessions.
Be a key mentor, guiding non-qualified staff through training and championing clinical best practices.
Step beyond the test room and onto the shop floor, offering expert advice to patients and making a tangible difference in their lives.
You’ll have the flexibility to work across two locations, ensuring each store thrives and grows. Enjoy a balanced work schedule, Monday to Saturday, 9 am – 5:30 pm, with Sundays and most bank holidays off!
What We’re Looking For: We want a GOC-registered optometrist who brings professionalism, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to connect effortlessly with patients and colleagues. You’ll have a strong clinical focus but also appreciate the commercial side of the business.
