A well-established independent Opticians in Hertford, are looking to recruit a part time Optometrist to join the team.
Optometrist - Role
Beautiful Independent Opticians
100% independently owned
Exceptional reputation in the area
Focus on high quality care - No sales or conversion targets
2 testing rooms
45 - 60 minute appointments - Around 8 patients a day
Role due to additional demand from patients
New Directors with ambitious plans
Trial frames, digital camera, contact tonometer
Work alongside experienced Optoms with Hospital experience
Specialist clinics - Dry eye, complex contact lenses etc
Initially working 2 days a week with room to increase days in the future
Ideally a Mon and Wed or Fri
Typical working hours from 9am to 5pm (2.30pm on a Fri)
No weekend requirements
Paperless practice
Salary between 50-55K Pro Rata with potential to increase as the business grows
Regular locum may also be considered
Further training supported
Optometrist - Requirements
Fully qualified Optometrist registered with the GOC
True passion for Optometry
Can offer continuity to patients
