With a robust customer base nurtured over many years, the store has become a staple in the local community. In the past five years, it has relocated on Honiton’s main high street, enhancing its presence and accessibility. Additionally, it boasts a suite of offices, providing a conducive environment for directors, managers, and the administrative team to support the front-end staff in delivering exceptional service. About The Area Honiton, nestled between the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the Blackdown Hills, offers a picturesque setting. Its location provides easy access to both the stunning Jurassic Coast and the tranquil countryside, ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The town is renowned for its vibrant High Street, featuring a mix of larger retailers and independent shops, and is a hub for antiques, lace, and pottery. Requirements of the role Alongside being a qualified and GOC registered Optometrist, you’ll need to share the store’s ethos. They’re looking for someone who wants to grow and develop the team, offer exceptional customer care, and improve patient outcomes. You’ll be a practitioner who prides themselves on their clinical judgment, isn’t afraid of a hands-on approach, and is keen to get involved and build a rapport with their team.
