Responsibilities: Liaising with stakeholders to acquire new app or enhancement specifications Preparation of functional and design specifications based on stakeholder requirements Take ownership of projects covering the whole project life cycle Train users of applications Experience: 3 years Oracle Apex experience preferred Ability to motivate and lead a team to meet milestones Delivery of full life cycle projects Mentoring junior members of staff Skills: Oracle SQL, PL/SQL Oracle Application Express Apex Apex Dynamic Actions Apex Plugins Apex User Interfaces Apex Security Apex Themes PL/PDF and PL/JSON an advantage Web Development Skills (HTML, CSS) Oracle DBA skills an advantage but not essential
