Job Description You will be responsible for: Developing strategies for data migration and testing of Middleware components Oracle Fusion Middleware products and business applications based on Fusion Middleware technology stack Application Installations and Migrations Database builds Management of Middleware and Database Environments Linux systems administration Third party backup and monitoring tools. Qualifications You will have: Expertise as an Oracle Applications E-Business DBA Technical expertise within: Oracle Fusion Middleware from 11g Oracle Identity and Access Management (IAM) Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) and Oracle Access Manager (OAM) environments Single Sign On (SSO) Oracle Weblogic Server 11g / 12c (Installation and Maintenance) Oracle Database 10g upwards Knowledge of application administration and strong DBA background in Oracle e-Business Suite Clustered Application & Database Environments LDAP / Access Directory Experience Experience with Cloud Technologies (OCI / AWS / Azure) (Desirable) Exadata (Desirable) Expertise within Monitoring, Alerting and Performance Tuning. Expertise within technical discovery, assessment, and migrations. Consultancy/Client facing expertise skills. Full migration lifecycle activities including, but not limited to detailed analysis, design, development, test, user acceptance test support and production implementation. Identifying and correcting performance issues, reviewing systems and error logs, storage management, backups, job monitoring, optimization efforts, data integrity analysis and resolving database contention issues. The migration of pre-production and production database services. Performance tuning and optimization skills. Disaster recovery methods and capacity planning. Working in large database environments. Additional Information Please note that you must have the legal right to live and work in the United Kingdom and you must have ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE. This is hybrid based with occasional travel to your nearest base office.
