We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Oracle Cloud Senior Project Manager

to join our team. In this key role, you will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex projects on time and within budget. You will work closely with stakeholders, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

The essential requirements for this role are: Proven Project Management Experience : Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget, with specific experience in managing Oracle system integrations (including Payroll). Leadership Skills : Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. Risk & Issue Management : Strong capability in managing and mitigating risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication : Excellent communication skills, including client-facing consultancy experience and stakeholder management. Qualifications : PRINCE2, APM, or CSM certification is required. Security Clearance : Must pass BPSS security checks, including a DBS check. You may also be required to go through Security Clearance (SC) if needed. Right to Work : You must be able to prove your right to work in the UK and meet UK Security Vetting requirements. Customer Service Orientation : Strong focus on meeting internal and external customer needs and delivering high-quality solutions. Relevant Experience : Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, and knowledge of HR and Finance systems within local government or education is desirable.
