We are looking for a Test Manager for one of our client’s that is going through an Oracle Cloud transformation. Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll Test Management. Key Skills Required:
Partnering with the functional consultants and program leaders to assess the communication and engagement needs for stakeholder groups. Developing and executing on the program communications plan to prepare Associates for change and support adoption. Leading content and messaging efforts to promote understanding of the program. Experience with working across Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll modules with Parallel run Payroll. Working with end users. Areas of Responsibility:
Demonstrated track record of conceiving and executing varied test strategies for complex, Oracle Cloud or ERP HCM and Payroll system implementations. Experience working with change management professionals and principles to achieve program results and positive stakeholder experience. Experience of Parallel Run Payroll Testing. Success at building relationships and collaborating in a global organization. Experience with training and organization change structures.
