A wide functional breadth of Oracle product knowledge within the HCM suite, principally to include Payroll, Core HR and Employee & Manager Self Service, but also to include modules such as OLM, iRecruitment, Advanced Benefits, Time & Labor, Compensation Workbench, etc. An excellent technical capability, to include understanding of the HCM data structures, and the ability to use Oracle development tools for incident and problem analysis and complex change work. HCM business process including an understanding of current trends and best practice. Someone who can take a business problem and provide a system-based solution. Deep knowledge of Oracle development tools, including areas such as PL/SQL & APIs, OAF, Workflow, BI Publisher & Bursting. Previous experience of working within a support environment, underpinned by ITIL based working practices. Areas of Responsibility:
Exceptional customer facing skills including presentation & pre-sales support. Delivering against Managed Service engagements but will also include delivering some project work. Strong attention to detail with a desire and ability to work accurately. The ability to work under pressure and plan, manage and deliver multiple simultaneous activities.
