We are seeking an Oracle EBS Developer to support a Marine Corps Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) based logistics system that provides functions including asset visibility, supply, maintenance, readiness, task organization, repairs, request tracking, and financial information. The desired candidate will work in an Agile development team building Reports, Interfaces, Customizations, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, and Workflows (RICECPW) solutions. Candidate will develop, design, configure, test and document solutions based on the requirements and user stories. Location:

Responsibilities: The Oracle Technical Developer is responsible for the requirements analysis, functional design, and test documentation/execution of RICECPW in most of the Oracle SCM modules, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND. Support for Oracle Project Implementation. Knowledge of / Experience with Oracle Projects APIs. Support all technical activities and follow the processes consistent with approved Agile approach. Document RICECPW functional designs to communicate with developers to incorporate technical content and comply with program documentation standards/change management processes. Review Change Requests and provide assistance in gathering requirements. Execute development and user acceptance testing in accordance with the test script, and document test results. Present demonstrations of RICECPW testing activities to Product Owner and government SME/FE teams. Provide detailed deployment instructions for successful migration/backout of code. Prepare design alternatives and design specification documents. Manage the analysis through design and development phases related to Oracle modules. As required, provide updates to the deliverables identified for the development team. Produce assigned work products and deliverables with quality and on schedule. Required Qualifications: Experience with life-cycle Implementation. Experience in Oracle e-BS R12 and Oracle databases. Strong functional knowledge of Oracle SCM, including CS, INV, IB, OM, WIP, BOM & FND modules and Oracle Projects PA. Working knowledge of Oracle EBS technical toolsets to include PL/SQL, Reports, Forms, XML, SOA, BI Publisher, Alerts and Workflow development (customizations and extensions). Familiar with Oracle EBS and/or SCM base tables. Periodically perform impact analysis of the Oracle product updates. Strong knowledge of designing interfaces and conversion routines. Deliver solutions that meet the identified SLAs. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Work as part of a team and provide 24x7 support when required. Ability to adapt to changing business processes, technologies, and environments. Experience in requirements analysis, testing, documentation. Security Clearance: US Citizenship required. Ability to obtain and maintain a US Security clearance at the minimum level of Secret. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Experience in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management modules R12 and Oracle Projects. Preferred Additional Skills: Oracle Project Manufacturing. Experience in Marine Corps / DoD supply and maintenance processes. Experience with OAS and WF. Experience in APEX. Experience in Agile.
