Oracle ERP Manager , you’ll be part of an onshore team focused on delivering high-value transformation projects. With a dual focus on technical expertise and client-facing interaction, this role is key to managing complex ERP engagements. You'll work closely with clients, translating technical requirements into strategic, actionable solutions that transform back-office functions like finance, procurement, HR, and payroll. This role offers a clear progression path, with high performers moving quickly towards Senior Manager roles in this fast-growing team. Key Responsibilities Deliver tailored Oracle Cloud ERP solutions, from design to post-go-live support. Lead technical workstreams, including integration, data migration, and reporting. Engage with clients directly, facilitating workshops to inform and drive design decisions. Prepare and execute strategic documents, such as integration strategies, environment plans, and architectural designs. Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Support business development efforts and contribute to client proposals. Essential Skills and Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation projects. Expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP, with multiple full-lifecycle implementations. Strong technical background in areas like Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle VBCS/PCS, or data migration. Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships effectively. Solid understanding of Oracle Cloud delivery lifecycles and their distinctions from on-premise implementations. Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Desirable Qualifications Certifications in Oracle Integration Cloud, OCI Architect, or Oracle Analytics Cloud. Experience transitioning from a technical role to a client-facing position.
