Performance Talent Management experience, understanding of personalization, security technical experience, Fast Formula, HDSLHDL & OTBI reporting. Ideally, a minimum of
5 years’ experience in HCM . Responsibilities: Manage the overall ERP environment, including multiple modules and integrations. Monitor occurrences of new software releases, support packs, and kernel upgrades, and assess their impact on the application and users. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization across the ERP system, aligning with business goals. Perform troubleshooting for complex technical issues at the ERP and database level. Stay updated on emerging ERP technology trends and transfer knowledge to team members.
