The opportunity This opportunity is within our expanding Finance team and will support the provision of advisory services focused on Oracle Fusion Applications, specifically HCM enablement, migration to Oracle Fusion Applications, and quality assurance of any ongoing implementation. This role will specialise in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll and associated modules. We are looking for a senior manager with a strong delivery track record in Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll who can leverage technology-based solutions to deliver optimal business outcomes for our clients. Consulting Services – Finance Transformation In Belfast, we are expanding our Consulting practice and are seeking to recruit high achieving individuals to be part of our growing business. Currently we are recruiting at Senior Manager level for our Finance Transformation team. Our Finance Transformation team delivers globally integrated Finance service offerings to our clients, including: Agile Business Finance Global Business Services (GBS) Digital Finance Strategy and Operating Model Your key responsibilities Working in our Finance Transformation practice, you will: As a senior manager specialise in implementing Oracle Fusion Applications, with specific expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Oracle Fusion Payroll, and work closely with our clients to support them in making strategic and operational decisions about their businesses. You will be a trusted business advisor to our clients with a strong Oracle Fusion HCM and/or Payroll implementation background. Work as part of client engagement teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment. Deliver high-quality work products within expected timeframes and on budget. Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Monitor progress, manage risk and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage expectations of client service delivery. Cultivate and manage business development opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess/present ways to serve clients. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Contribute to Finance Transformation practice development specifically in the areas of operations, thought leadership, marketing activities and training. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate to new knowledge. Possess good business acumen. Remain current on new developments in Consulting services capabilities and industry knowledge. To qualify for the role you must have At least 10+ years of relevant experience including previous consulting experience. Strong academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a finance/accounting, business, computer science or project related area. MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA, CIPD and/or PMP/Prince2 qualification and/or Oracle Cloud certifications. Full lifecycle experience of a minimum of five large Oracle HCM implementations, covering Core HCM and a minimum of three other HCM modules. Knowledge of implementing other Oracle Fusion Applications. Hands-on experience in HCM and/or Payroll data migration. Ability to configure, test and identify best practice for an Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll implementation. Ideally, you’ll also have Oracle Certifications in Cloud Applications. Familiarity with Oracle methodologies such as OUM.
