Work as part of the team to process sales orders in the system (D365) accurately and on time in alignment with the fulfilment policy. Assist Team & Tier Leads to meet or exceed tier-level KPI’s. Ensure the highest level of customer service resulting in increased productivity and achieving incentive goals. Manage unclean orders for their sales orders. Assist Tier Lead to maintain the tiers email folders within the order entry inbox. Provide administrative assistance to both the Team and Tier leads. What You’ll Bring:
