£11.64 per hour Contract type:

Permanent, Part-time On Call Days:

Mon – Sun, 07:00-18:00 – 15 + 10 hours per week with 2 weeks notice of shift Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week which can be flexed up to a further 10 hours when required by the business. The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Monday-Sunday between 07:00 – 18:00. You will be given 2 weeks’ notice of your working hours each week. Your Impact – What will I do as an Orderline Representative? Reporting to one of our contact centre leaders, you will be the welcoming friendly voice of QVC and be passionate about providing world-class customer service. Our Orderline team members handle inbound customer calls, efficiently & accurately processing customer orders whilst promoting engaging products to improve customer loyalty. Whilst working as part of a team to ensure our overall success, you will also work towards achievable individual performance targets. To set you up to be successful and ensure you are ready to be great in your role, you will be provided with a supportive and seamless onboarding experience – which will include two weeks of training. Remote working approach:
