The Organisation Development squad is a team of in-house culture change consultants. We’re commissioned to provide bespoke support to senior leaders and leadership teams for a defined leg of their culture transformation journey. Our particular contribution is to work with leaders, People Partners and other transformation teams to diagnose then design and facilitate interventions that create the space and human connections for people to make their greatest impact together. Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Acting as an internal consultant to provide specialist expertise to the People Partner team and selected leadership teams in the development of organisation culture, leadership, team effectiveness, employee engagement and performance Working with the relevant People Partner, you’ll analyse, diagnose, develop, deliver and evaluate systemic organisation development interventions in line with priority business objectives, our purpose and cultural ambition Supporting the People Partners to deploy organisation development (including cultural interventions), talent development and leadership development good practice into the business Partnering with stakeholders to review progress, refine/iterate and measure impact Working to develop the organisation development capability and practice of the leaders, teams and People Partners you support WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Advanced understanding and experience of cultural and behavioural change with demonstrable experience of working in cross-function teams to develop and execute plans successfully and collaboratively Proven experience of leading and implementing successful changes using organisation development, diagnostic and dialogic practices, ideally gained within a large, complex, global organisation Distinctive problem solving and analytical skills, with the ability to spot opportunities and a proven track record of driving work from strategy to execution Strong leadership and influencing skills – able to lead/influence stakeholders at all levels of an organisation Experience of designing developmental interventions for teams to support their growth and performance, including leadership teams Creating Modern Luxury requires a modern approach to work.
