Organisation Development Lead . Location : we are happy to consider candidates located in a commutable distance to our site in Ridings Point. We have a hybrid approach to home-working. Overall job purpose

The Organisation Development Lead will be part of an internal People Team, delivering dynamic interventions to enable the organisation to operate at its most effective level. This role will work in partnership with business leaders, the management community and colleague networks providing strategic and operational advice and knowledge on all development-related matters. The Lead will drive the strategic development agenda for the organisation, ensuring that our people have the right capabilities for both the present and the future, supporting the delivery of Teva’s strategy and goals. You will collaborate with the leaders from across the organisation fully understanding the strategic and operational aims to co-create, own and fully deliver a development strategy that enables business performance and improves organisational capability. You will be a thought leader on all aspects of contemporary learning and organisation development on behalf of the organisation, sharing knowledge and building capability in others. With the Director of L&OD you will co-create the annual development offer to meet the organisation's strategic needs, build the organisation's capability and drive best value. Using an evidence-based approach you will design, deliver, evaluate and project manage a best-in-class programme of interventions that add value and build capability fully aligned with the Employee Lifecycle. You will work as an internal consultant across the organisation providing professional and expert advice to enable leaders/managers to build organisation effectiveness and appropriate development routes for individuals and teams. You will lead and manage cross-functional projects within the People team, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and effective collaboration. Who we are looking for

Are you...?

Educated to degree in relevant discipline. A strong project manager. Do you have…?

CITP/CIPD or equivalent OD qualification. Level 5 diploma in coaching (or equivalent experience with supporting CPD). Experience with various development approaches, particularly the 70:20:10 development and Employee Lifecycle models. A highly commercial approach with experience in managing vendors to ensure best value through new and existing contractual arrangements. Enjoy a more rewarding choice
