An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Organisational Development Team within People Services as Organisational Development Advisor. As part of this small team, with a remit to deliver University-wide organisational development projects and initiatives, you will have proven experience, preferably in a university context, of project management, stakeholder engagement, learning and development, and process improvement. You will have a track record of successful project management within a People Services, Human Resources, Organisational Development, Learning and Development, or Health and Wellbeing or Health and Safety setting. You will have experience of applying learning design approaches in the facilitation of learning and development workshops and webinars and be able to demonstrate effective stakeholder engagement. You will have advanced working knowledge and skills in the use of MS packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint, SharePoint, as well as experience of using databases and web editing software. With excellent numerical capability, you will be able to conduct analysis, interpretation, and presentation of a range of data. You will thrive in a busy environment that requires the ability to multi-task effectively, and will be confident and professional. You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy. This is a hybrid working role where the current requirement is a minimum of two days worked on campus; however, there may be a requirement for additional days on site to attend meetings and/or training and is subject to change to meet the needs of the business.
