Advanced CIPD qualification is desired but not essential. Experience : Minimum of three years experience specifically in organisational development. Experience
in the public sector or local authorities is desirable but not essential. Certifications : Professional certifications in organisational development, change management, or coaching are desirable but not essential. Skills and Competencies Organisational Development Expertise : Strong knowledge of organisational development principles, change management methodologies, and best practices. Coaching Skills : Proven ability to coach and advise middle managers and senior leaders. Facilitation Skills : Excellent facilitation skills for group sessions and workshops. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analysing data to inform strategies and measure outcomes. Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities. Collaboration : Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships. Technological Proficiency : Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 applications. Adaptability : Flexibility to work in a changing environment and manage multiple priorities.
