PROPERTY SOLICITOR LOCATION:
KINGSTON-UPON-THAMES SALARY:
TO £40,000 + 15% BONUS (£6,000) OFFICE BASED OR HYBRID Our Client Our client is searching for a qualified property solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join a bustling, friendly (including pet friendly!) office in Kingston Upon Thames. Our client handles clients across London and surrounding areas. Due to growth and continued success, our client now seeks an additional team member. This role offers great opportunities for career growth, including the possibility of becoming a Partner! The Role The successful candidate will be expected to handle a diverse caseload of property-related matters, ranging from traditional conveyancing of freehold and leasehold properties to deeds of variation and dealing with shared ownership. You must hold the relevant qualifications and have at least 1 year PQE and have worked within a conveyancing/property department. The firm is very busy with incoming enquiries and will provide leads/caseload for you; however, the successful candidate is expected to also promote the firm and win new business from introductory sources such as estate agents and brokers.
