Pragmatic Semiconductor are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Process Technician to join the OSAT Ops team. The successful candidate will be involved in operating and supporting our current R2R inlay assembly, and test processes. The successful candidate should have a background in semiconductors and/or microelectronics. A high level of attention to detail and the ability to identify and highlight potential issues is a must. Key tasks

Carry out all tasks with respect to the risk assessments and SOPs. Never knowingly conduct an activity in an unsafe manner that may put yourself or others at risk. Report any unsafe working practices to your line manager or other appropriate person. Collaborate with team members to achieve successful outcomes on tasks within the department. Suggest improvements in the culture of continuous improvement and challenge things in a respectful manner. Successfully complete the training matrix for Technician level. Record all run results in the TBR app and the run plan, paying special attention to detail any issues. Follow OCAPs to identify root causes and implement suggested solutions. Collaborate with engineering to implement improvements, process changes, or enhance product reliability and quality. Identify failure trends and patterns and highlight issues to relevant team members. Support other activities in the department such as R2R testing, Bendurance testing, incoming antenna web inspection checks, stamp testing, microscope inspection, and ESD checks in the general working area. Qualifications and training

Technical qualification in engineering or manufacturing process. Skills and experience

All work to be carried out with product quality being of foremost importance. Knowing when to stop an activity and highlight quality issues or concerns to the appropriate person. Experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred. SPC knowledge. R2R processing experience.
