Reporting to the OT Manager, the OT Cyber Security Engineer will lead on the execution of OT related cyber security compliance. Support the NW Europe region in managing the group Cyber security policies, procedures and processes and support the OT function by ensuring compliance with applicable standards, providing cyber guidance and ensuring that cyber risks are recognised, assessed, and mitigated. Key tasks include: Conduct risk assessments specific to OT systems, identify vulnerabilities and potential threats. Regularly assess and manage security risks to ensure robust protection and plan for implementation. Work alongside the IT Team on IT/OT projects. Respond swiftly to any system or network breaches in the OT environment. Work with cross functional teams to align security practices with business goals, processes and to ensure optimum security levels. About You
Degree qualified with experience in the Cyber security field for over 5 years, you will possess knowledge on industrial automation systems DCS/PLC/SCADA and demonstrate competence in Cybersecurity. Your previous experience will be in IT and OT environments, with a high level of networking experience and experience in the application of cyber security standards as well as industrial protocol experience, e.g., Modbus RTU/TCP, Profibus, OPC etc. Relevant Cybersecurity, information security, and risk management related competence and/or certificates such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, SCCP, GICSP are desirable.
