The Out of Hospital team provides administrative support to patients that are registered to both community gynaecology and chronic pain/chronic fatigue syndrome/ME services. The successful candidate will join an established team of administrators supporting a range of duties that include appointment booking, clinic outcomes, telephone calls tasks and email enquiries. The successful candidate will be required to: Provide day to day effective and efficient administration support. Be able to work to deadlines and prioritise workload Maintain a high level of confidentiality Talk to patients/clients in a positive and friendly manner and deal with their queries Deal with administrative duties in a timely and efficient manner Main duties of the job

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Working as part of a busy team, process telephone requests for appointments, visits, and telephone consultations accurately and appropriately. Accurate data entry and processing using SystmOne and other databases Flexibility in approach to work tasks, able to prioritise a busy workload KEY REQUIREMENTS Able to establish and maintain positive relationships with colleagues, patients, and contractors Excellent verbal and written communication skills Be flexible and adaptable to changing requirements of the service About us
