Do you have customer service and administration experience? We are looking for an Out of Hours Receptionist who will provide the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. The main shifts available will be evenings and weekends, so we need someone who can be flexible to meet this and also cover overnight shifts as needed. Salary: £11.55ph Locations:

PC24 sites within Liverpool, Halton, South Sefton, Southport, St Helens and Warrington. What will you be doing

Provide a responsive, courteous, calm and efficient service, to enable and support patient care. Respond to circumstances with a positive and flexible approach. Open premises and complete security checks, ensure all clinical rooms are prepared at the beginning and end of each day and perform the closure procedure to set alarms and lock premises (as and when required). Ensure that all patients and visitors at reception are greeted professionally and their arrival is logged into the clinical computer system to record attendance. Deal with administrative queries and requests from patients that visit the practice. Ensure patient confidentiality at all times. Provide operational support to the onsite clinical team. Be familiar with and adhere to PC24 Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure all relevant information is communicated to incoming staff through a robust handover. What do I need

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience of working as a team and independently. Good IT skills including all Microsoft packages – experience of Adastra is also desirable. Flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and overnight shifts that are available on the bank. The bank position requires flexibility to be able to travel to the multiple sites where the bank shifts are available, these are Liverpool, Halton, South Sefton, Southport, St Helens and Warrington.
