The right candidate will also process the bookings to theatre, working alongside the ward and theatre team, delivering great customer service.
Responsibilities include: Providing a professional and efficient service to all consultants and patients in the process of all bookings. Coordinating with theatre to enable the correct ordering of stores and equipment. Liaising with insurance companies and patients to ensure the correct level of cover.
