The Outage Manager will take charge of overseeing and coordinating every element of scheduled outages and start-ups at Burton Latimer, ensuring seamless alignment among all key stakeholders. This role is pivotal in guaranteeing that all necessary and agreed-upon activities are executed with minimal downtime. The Outage Manager will focus on optimising outage durations, striving to enhance efficiency across the business during these critical periods. Responsibilities

Provide leadership for Weetabix's outage management processes Ensure team possesses and develops necessary skills Establish planned downtime KPIs and meet monthly targets Develop processes to enhance outage management efficiency Support capital/revenue projects during outages Identify service delivery improvement opportunities through innovation Promote collaboration among outage stakeholders Coach and mentor the engineering team Implement and utilize lean tools and methodologies Optimize operations during outage windows Maintain key department KPIs (P&P, Safety, Quality, Engineering) Requirements

Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development Experience managing complex projects Experience of maintenance engineering best practices TPM, RCM Relevant experience in the food, process or manufacturing industry Alignment to Weetabix values Are always curious to finding new ways to do business! Have the ability to demonstrate how you keep up to date in your field of expertise Nice to haves:

Engineering Degree, HND or equivalent experience demonstrated in manufacturing IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent Safety Qualification Experience of maintenance engineering best practices - TPM, RCM Benefits
