Build and refine target company lists from Warmly signals (with company names only) and enrich contacts with contact information using Clay. Run Outbound Campaigns:
Build, segment, and maintain an up-to-date contact database on HubSpot to ensure effective targeting (i.e., ensure “marketing contacts” on HubSpot are reviewed and cleaned every 2-3 months). Metrics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights to refine strategies. Preferred Qualifications: Experience running B2B outbound marketing campaigns. Proficiency in CRM tools (i.e., HubSpot, Warmly, Clay). Knowledge of marketing automation tools and A/B testing. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly. This role is ideal for a self-starter with excellent communication skills, creative thinking, and a data-driven mindset. This is a remote job with a 20-hour minimum commitment per week. The ideal candidate will have experience working in collaboration tools like Slack and Notion and will join a global team of talented marketers and sales ops experts.
