Salary: GBP24000 - GBP35000 per annum + Monthly Commission Our Business Direct Business Group have been growing steadily over the past 6 years, building amazing packages for our customers. With a portfolio of over six thousand customers and growing, we are looking for talented salespeople to join the team. Using modern technologies, we help our customers manage their energy usage while offering market-leading prices to secure tenders. Based in Houghton-le-spring, we are located in the middle of three great cities: Newcastle, Durham, and Sunderland. From the CEO to the managers, we have all done the sales role and understand the difficulties that you may face. This means that we provide you with the tools to succeed. Starting with our amazing induction, you will learn about why we are different, our values, and our goals. We are looking for the following: Ability to build instant rapport with customers. Ability to listen and process customer needs to offer suitable packages. Overcome objections by knowing the products. Be an outside-the-box thinker; we have solutions for businesses, and being able to offer unique solutions will make you an asset. Resilience to rejection; you will hear 'no' in 90% of your calls. Initiative-taking; we do not micromanage, and using your time wisely will produce results. Ideally, experience in the business energy market.
