We are on the hunt for an exceptional Outbound Sales Team Leader for one of our clients. They are a family-run business who have grown year on year since the company launched. The new Sales Team Leader will lead and elevate their outbound sales team to new heights. Your Responsibilities: Manage and mentor a team of Sales professionals to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base. Oversee and optimise the sales pipeline to ensure targets are met. Deliver tailored coaching sessions to address skills gaps and maximise team potential. Use data to track team progress, provide actionable feedback, and ensure KPIs are consistently surpassed. Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance onboarding, retention, and overall customer success. Lead daily kick-off meetings, set incentives, and foster a high-energy, supportive team environment.

What You'll Bring: Proven success in a sales management or team leader role, ideally within an outbound sales environment. Strong ability to motivate and inspire teams, ensuring consistent productivity and engagement. Expertise in driving revenue growth, customer acquisition, and success metrics. A knack for analysing data, managing pipelines, and making evidence-based decisions. Experience with CRM systems and proven ability to streamline sales processes. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and goals clearly. A proactive, adaptable approach to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
