Assistant Program Director for Outpatient Therapy . The

Outpatient Assistant Program Director

is responsible for providing leadership and support for daily operations to our client care programs. The APD will assist with staff development, treatment coordination, and clinical supervision to our Outpatient Therapy staff. This individual will help to ensure programs are in compliance with state and federal guidelines. The APD of outpatient therapy will work under the guidance of the Program Director. We work collaboratively with clients to help them access their core strengths to be their best selves and realize their full potential, utilizing a variety of approaches such as individual, couple, family, and group psychotherapy.
