Outpatient Transformation Project Manager Fixed term post - 12 Months UCLH is looking for a project manager to play a strong role in taking forward the strategic development of outpatients and administration, which are top priorities for the Trust in the coming years. In 2021, we published a radical Trust-wide Strategy for Outpatients at UCLH, linked to the ICS programme, to rethink the way our services are organised, implement new outpatient models of care and make significant updates to our administration systems. Our programme to deliver on that strategy is now underway. Main Duties of the Job
This is an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of UCLH and support the Executive Board in delivering its transformation vision for a world-class hospital. This role will: Work on a number of operationally critical projects related to the transformation of outpatient and other services at UCLH. Ensure successful implementation of allocated projects and initiatives, delivering the planned benefits in accordance with the programme targets. Work collaboratively across the Trust to devise strategies and recommendations to deliver improvements in Trust-wide outpatients (and where applicable administration and other services), identifying improvement opportunities and seeing these through the project lifecycle, i.e. project initiation, delivery, mobilisation and review. We are looking for a dynamic individual who displays a passion for excellence in NHS services and has strong project experience in a large, complex secondary care environment.
