As an Outreach Education Support Worker, you will: Work directly with pupils who have SEMH, complex needs, and negative behaviour patterns. Provide tailored support to meet individual educational and emotional needs. Travel within Torbay and South Hams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment. Key Requirements

A valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle. Experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs. The ability to build rapport, show empathy, and manage challenging behaviour effectively. Availability for permanent positions or supply opportunities. What We Offer
