About the Role
As an Outreach Education Support Worker, you will: • Work directly with pupils who have SEMH, complex needs, and negative behaviour patterns. • Provide tailored support to meet individual educational and emotional needs. • Travel within Torbay and South Hams, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.
Key Requirements • A valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle. • Experience or a strong interest in working with children with complex needs. • The ability to build rapport, show empathy, and manage challenging behaviour effectively. • Availability for permanent positions or supply opportunities.
