Utilise effective communication and persuasion skills to address customer concerns, offer solutions, and highlight the value of our products/services. Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences. Identify opportunities to upsell products/services to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue. Meet and exceed retention targets, contributing directly to the overall growth of active customers for the company. Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs, demonstrating a proactive and results driven approach. Qualifications and Skills:
Proven track record in a sales environment, demonstrating the ability to meet and exceed targets. Experience in retention or customer relationship management is a strong asset. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits and address customer concerns effectively. Motivated and Ambitious: Driven and ambitious individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for achieving personal and team goals. Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and industry trends, adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
