Outsourcing Manager
to join their team. This role is the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in some really interesting work - it would be well-suited to someone who has a real passion for Management Accounting. You would be involved in managing the workflow of Management Accounts production and bookkeeping, acting as the primary contact for clients, presenting management information to them, and assisting with ad-hoc finance function requirements as necessary. Not only is this a fantastic role full of potential - there is also an amazing social side on offer! Team days out wine tasting, playing football & rounders, charitable volunteering, and Friday drinks every month - but they are the definition of flexible too! Flexi-time is available along with hybrid working. Their team is now 200 strong, spread across 4 offices - they also have an amazing track record of providing a lot of opportunity for progression. The salary range on offer is £40,000 - £45,000. Their preference is for someone ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified. Experience of managing a team and working in an accountancy practice is desirable - if your background is in industry, a clear understanding of the requirements and challenges of juggling multiple clients is necessary.
