Description

We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Manager to join our expanding team at Fl3xiBooks, based in either our London or Uckfield office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in outsourcing, who is passionate about delivering exceptional, bespoke services to a diverse range of clients, from entrepreneurs and SMEs to larger groups of companies.

The Role

As an Outsourcing Manager, you will take the lead on managing outsourcing projects from start to finish, working closely with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver tailored solutions.

You will have responsibility for a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing and reviewing VAT returns, management accounts, consolidations, and cash flows. In addition, you will mentor and support junior team members, helping to foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture. Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage outsourcing projects from start to finish, collaborating closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Monitor performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages growth, learning, and excellence.

The Person

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in outsourcing or a related field, ideally within an accountancy practice. You will be a natural organiser with a keen eye for detail and accuracy, thriving in a fast-paced environment. You will have strong technical skills and experience working with software such as Excel, Xero, Dext, and QuickBooks.

Key qualifications and skills:

At least 3 years of experience in an accountancy practice, with a focus on outsourcing or a similar role Studying towards ACA, ACCA, CIMA or can be QBE Advanced knowledge of Excel, Xero, Dext, and QuickBooks Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service
