A Top 30 Firm in Cambridge that is experiencing rapid growth is looking for an Outsourcing Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. This role is paying between £48,000 - £55,000 depending upon experience and offers some fantastic benefits and opportunities for progression.
Responsibilities:
As an Outsourcing Manager, you will: Manage the delivery of outsourcing assignments, including the review of monthly/quarterly management accounting, preparing cash flow reports, budgets, and projections, overseeing and reviewing bookkeeping, reviewing VAT returns, and assisting clients with VAT queries and tax investigations. Act as the overall engagement manager for some clients, which will include liaising with other teams across the firm to facilitate the delivery of annual accounting and corporation tax compliance, payroll, company secretarial services, and other advisory services. Manage a team varied in role, from trainee accountants to assistant accountants and management accountants.
Requirements:
As an Outsourcing Manager, you will need: A qualified Accountant, either ACCA, ACA, or CIMA. Experience in portfolio management, including the delivery of outsourcing services (minimum criteria). Up-to-date working knowledge of tax including MTD. Team management experience, including line management. Strong systems knowledge in Xero, Dext, Approval Max, and QBO, including implementation.
