What You’ll Be Doing You’ll take ownership of your client portfolio, managing the outsourcing needs of SMEs across various industries. Key responsibilities include : Oversee bookkeeping, management accounts, and VAT services Build and strengthen client relationships Manage your portfolio, including staff planning, WIP management, and billing Lead your team of qualified and junior staff members About you You’re ACA or ACCA qualified with relevant senior-level experience gained in Practice You have a commercial mindset and a proactive approach to client development You are confident, articulate, and great at building relationships You are tech-savvy, with the ability to adapt quickly to in-house systems You thrive on delivering excellent client service and will enjoy helping to shape the future of the firm What’s on offer? The salary band of £55,000 - £75,000 has been set by Fletcher George and will depend on the level of seniority. The additional package is very competitive and attractive. Based in the Woking area with hybrid working, the role is commutable from Guildford, Leatherhead, Weybridge, Kingston, Epsom, and surrounding areas.
