Overnight HR Advisor
Overnight HR Advisor focuses on building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
What the role involves
- Building rapport and relationships with clients on each interaction.
- Putting the client first by responding within contractual SLA’s.
- Recording advice accurately against the appropriate cases on the relevant databases.
- Supporting with advice on documentation and information implementation.
- Supporting clients in drafting ‘ad-hoc’ letters where appropriate.
- Attending legal briefings and internal company training to ensure that advice provided is compliant with our services.
Skills and requirements
- In some cases, it may be required to highlight options that are non-compliant and therefore ensure the client is fully aware of the risks of there options.
Confirmed role details
- 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank holidays (increases to 28 with service).
- Regular updates on Employment Law so you’re always up to date.

- Private medical with BUPA (with length of service).
Candidate fit
- Teamwork is important to ensure the advice provided to clients, via telephone and email, is legally compliant and meets the specific needs of the clients’ business.

- Vacancy 2 – 9pm – 7am Wednesday to Saturday for 2 weeks then Tuesday to Friday for 2 weeks.
