The JD Group is looking for a Purchase to Pay Systems Admin to join our Procurement team! ·Job Title – Purchase to Pay Systems Admin·Location – Bury Head Office (BL9 8RR)·Working rota – Mon-Fri 8.30am-5pm·Working hours – 40hrs a weekWhat You'll Be Doing:As a Purchase to Pay Systems Admin, you'll be doing the following: You'll support with query resolution for P2P queries, enabling positive P2P experience for new and existing suppliers. Support system maintenance, development projects and enhancement of existing processes.Engage with colleagues from multiple JD Group divisions, subsidiaries, and and external suppliers.Produce reporting and actionable insight on both a scheduled and ad-hoc basis, including contributions to the monthly departmental board report.
