Hours - Part Time (circa 25-28 hours per week) Salary: up to £35,000 FTE Are you an experienced and self-motivated multi-tasker who works best when taking responsibility for their own workload? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an SJP experienced and adaptable PA / Administrator to join this ambitious partner practice.

You will be working as part of a small team at a highly respected Appointed Representative of St. James’s Place Plc. The company provides bespoke financial planning and investment advice and services to a wide range of clients. Your role will be to manage all the day-to-day operations of the business, including: Providing a high level of technical and administrative support Managing appointments and client review meetings, responding to client emails, and managing the CRM system (Salesforce) Preparing for Client Financial Reviews, collating key data, and preparing relevant illustrations and meeting packs Issuing and following up on Letters of Authority with clients and third parties Submitting and progressing post-review actions such as fund switches, withdrawals, and changes to contribution portfolios Dealing with enquiries on behalf of the Partner, always providing excellent levels of service to clients Processing new business and liaising with SJP admin teams Diary management for the Partner The Person: PA / Administrator - Wealth Management This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate, and professional individual who enjoys using their initiative and has a ‘can do’ working style. Experience of working within an SJP Partner Practice and enjoy a fast-paced, varied, and exciting environment Excellent IT and communication skills, highly organised, and able to make effective decisions Experience using Salesforce CRM and confidence with SJP systems and processes Self-starter, able to work with little or no supervision Confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion Proactive in helping streamline the business and developing efficiencies, with the ability to adapt to a fast pace of change in technology St. James’s Place plc (SJP) is a leading, highly regarded FTSE 100 Wealth Management company that distributes a range of Investment and Retirement products and financial solutions to a High Net Worth client base.
