A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced PA (3+ years) to join this high-profile International luxury business with opportunities to travel with the Principal to national and international events/meetings.
You will have ample experience and confidence in international travel arrangements with multiple stops, transportation and accommodation needs met, diary management of an ever-changing schedule, meeting coordination, project and events coordination support, marketing and social media, ad hoc personal support such as running errands, research to booking appointments, gatekeeping, meeting guests and high-profile individuals, helping to run the London office such as organising team events, stationery orders, logging facilities requests and being a reliable support as needed.
You will have the opportunity to work from home occasionally. You will join a welcoming, social team who will value your support and be offered a role that will grow over time.
Graduate calibre is much preferred. You will be immaculately presented and confident in a sometimes client-facing role, have strong IT skills, be articulate and flexible to support as needed to perform in this role.
A marketing, events, talent or similar PA background is much preferred.
